Many of you have been calling with a few questions regarding the sale, so we wanted to put together a few of the most common ones, so you know exactly what to expect once you arrive!

What is a Sample Sale?

A sample sale is an event where you can shop for wedding dresses & accessories for up to 90% off.

What are Sample Dresses?

Sample dresses are the designer wedding dresses that our buyers have purchased to always be in-store at The Bridal Gallery. A sample dress is one that has been tried-on before; but is in excellent condition. Cancelled orders that may be in perfect condition may also be at a sample sale.

Do I need to make an appointment?

You do not need to make an appointment, but you do need to register in order for us to know how many brides will be attending the sale. If you haven't done so, you can register here

How do I know my size?

Once you arrive one of our consultants will take your measurements in order to give you an idea of what dress size you should look for. Keep in mind that we can also alter dresses, and can bring in a dress up to 3 sizes, and let out up to 1 size.

Will you have plus size options?

Yes! We carry a large selections of plus size dresses that will be part of the sale.

How many dresses am I allowed to try on at a time?

Brides will be allowed to try on 3 dresses at a time. Once you are done with your 3 dresses, should you which to try on more we will put those 3 dresses back on the rack to give another bride the opportunity to try them on. You would get placed on the list again and be able to try on 3 more. Brides will not be able to hold on to dresses unless they are going to purchase it.

What if I need alterations to the dress?

We have an excellent alterations team in house that is able to do all types of alterations and customizations. Our seamstress will be on hand to do mini consultations during the sample sale, but all alteration appointment will need to be scheduled for a later date.

What designers will be part of the sale?

All of our designers will be a part of the sale, including Rosa Clara, Justin Alexander, Lillian West, Martin Thornburg, Jasmine and Mori Lee. We will also include bridesmaid dresses from Jasmine, Mori Lee and Bill Levkoff, as well as Special Occasion dresses from Pronovias, Ivonne D, Cameron Blake, Montage and MGNY.

We require payment in full at the time of purchase. Dresses are sold as is and alterations are not included in the price. Once you have purchased the dress you will leave with that dress the same day and should you wish to make alterations we can schedule you to come in at a later date.

How many people should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing no more than 3 guests with you. Keep in mind that space is limited in the store and that more brides will be in attendance.

I won't be in town that weekend, can I purchase a dress over the phone?

Yes! On the first day of the sale we will be releasing the full list of available dresses via Pinterest. If there is a dress you wish to purchase we can send you a credit card authorization for to fill out and process the order over the phone.
