We agree to order the merchandise listed on this form. All dresses are made to order, not custom made to measurements; therefore, alterations are usually necessary. Bridal Gallery of Orlando does offer alteration services at an additional cost, please call to schedule an appointment. You agree that you have reviewed the manufacturer's size chart and hereby request the size listed on the invoice. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE CORRECT ITEM IS BEING ORDERED, MEANING YOU HAVE MADE SURE THE STYLE NUMBER/COLOR/SIZE ETC. HAS BEEN ENTERED CORRECTLY.
The average shipping time for a bridesmaid dress is 3-5 months from the time the manufacturer accepts the order however, there are no guarantees of this time frame. Some of the manufacturer’s shipping times can be less than the 3-5 month industry standard. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE NOR MAKE COMPENSATION FOR ACTIONS WHICH OCCUR OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL (i.e. manufacturer delay/early arrival, or defect, dye variance, etc.).
IMPORTANT: ALL bridesmaid orders will be placed when Bridal Gallery of Orlando has received orders and payments from each bridesmaid in the bridal party. Bridesmaid orders WILL NOT be placed individually. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure we receive all bridesmaid information with enough time to get the dresses in store. Once payment has been processed, sale is final and cannot be cancelled. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
"Rush" orders are placed for you at YOUR OWN RISK and delivery by any date is subject to the manufacturer's schedule and/or availability. By placing this order with a Rush delivery, you understand that there may or may not be enough time to correct any merchandise imperfections in the event that there are any.
We will notify you via email upon arrival of your merchandise and therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate email address. In the event that we need to contact you directly, it is your responsibility to provide both an accurate phone number and email address. Manufacturers require merchandise be inspected for correct style, size, color and defects within one week of notification. Please note if you have paid for shipping to your address, all orders will ship complete. Items will not be shipped individually as they arrive UNLESS separate shipping fees have been applied to each item.
MERCHANT GIVES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, ALTERABILITY,CLEANABILITY/DRY CLEANABILITY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH ANY PURCHASE UNDERTHIS CONTRACT, OR SUBSEQUENT ALTERATIONS THAT ARE PERFORMED AT ANY LOCATION.
